Bar Ingredients
- 1 flax egg
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 coconut butter (melted)
- 3-4 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup Sunflower Seed Flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp arrowroot
- 1 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
Frosting Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth, pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and smooth ou the top.
- Bake for around 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick can be removed cleanly. Let cool while you make the frosting
- For the frosting, add everything to a bowl and use a hand mixer to whip until smooth and fluffy. Top the cooled bars with the frosting and add sprinkles (or Cranberry Seeds) if you'd like!
