Policies and Terms of Service
Refund and Return Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and you can return your unopened product for either a replacement or a refund. While we hope this is not necessary, we will make it as easy as possible with free return shipping. For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must be unopened in its original packaging. If the product has been opened, please contact us and you may be eligible for a replacement.
*Only purchases made directly from our site are eligible for refunds and returns. If you purchased our products through an authorized reseller, please refer to their refund and return policy.
Allergen Policy: 5 Seed Butter is manufactured in a dedicated facility free from the top 8 allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, and crustacean shellfish. Furthermore, all our raw ingredient suppliers are vetted to ensure that the entire supply chain is free from the top 8 allergens, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. Our chia seed shakers are manufactured in a different facility that may process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
We are also proudly a SnackSafely partner manufacturer!
