S'mores cookies are the ideal holiday snack!
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 5 Seed Butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 flax egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Add-ins
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup gluten free mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl and use a hand mixer to mix until smooth. Addin the dry ingredients and mix again.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows, then roll the dough into 8 cookies. Gently flatten them a bit (they don't spread much) and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
