Sunflower Seed Flour Pancakes

Below is an easy recipe to use our Sunflower Seed Flour and make healthy pancakes!

  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed


  • chocolate chunks
  • blueberries


  1. Whisk everything together.  Fold in the berries and chocolate chunks.
  2. Heat a pan over low/medium heat and add some coconut oil to coat it.  Cook the pancakes as you would any other pancake, about 2 minutes on each side.  Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
  3. We recommend thinning out 5 Seed Butter with some warm coconut oil to make it drizzly as well as some maple syrup and banana slices as toppings!
