Below is an easy recipe to use our Sunflower Seed Flour and make healthy pancakes!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Mix-ins
- chocolate chunks
- blueberries
Directions
- Whisk everything together. Fold in the berries and chocolate chunks.
- Heat a pan over low/medium heat and add some coconut oil to coat it. Cook the pancakes as you would any other pancake, about 2 minutes on each side. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
- We recommend thinning out 5 Seed Butter with some warm coconut oil to make it drizzly as well as some maple syrup and banana slices as toppings!
