This Thai inspired seed butter dressing is an addictively delicious and dynamic recipe. This recipe has layers of flavors: creaminess from the seeds, sweet from the sugar, spice from the pepper, and acidity from the lime. Best uses are as a salad dressing or as a dip for veggies or grilled meat!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 5 Seed Butter
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger peeled (same size as garlic clove)
1/2 lime squeezed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light brown sugar
Red pepper flakes to taste
1/4 c water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
2. Process 15-30 seconds.
3. Pour and Enjoy!
