Crust
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Flour*
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons 5 Seed Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon non dairy milk
Mix everything together then press evenly into the bottom of a parchment lined bread pan.
Filling
- 2 sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
Cook everything in a pot on the stove until soft then layer over the top of the crust
Crumble
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tablespoons 5 Seed Butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
Mix everything together, then sprinkle the crumble over the top of the apples and lightly press them down.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden on top. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
*Sunflower Seed Flour occassionaly reacts with Baking Soda or Baking Powder to turn products slightly green. This is natural and purely aesthetic. To avoid, use 1/3 the recommended amount of Baking Soda or Baking Powder.
