With fall just around the corner, it’s time to start preparing for those inevitable pumpkin spice cravings! These Seed Butter Pumpkin Spice Cookies are super easy and prep time is only 10 minutes. The cookies are also flourless and gluten free!
- 1 cup 5 Seed butter
- ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Separate dough (roughly 2 tbsp of dough per cookie) and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use fork to make crosshatch pattern on each cookie.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cookies rest for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
