My Berries arrived warm, what should I do?
If your Berries arrive warm, or with the dry ice melted, don’t worry! Our Berries can be at room temperature for up to three days, similar to blueberries or other fruit. Simply pop the Berries into the fridge or freezer once they arrive, and allow them to temper for a few hours before consumption. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] (our partner manufacturer) if you have any questions about your Berries.
What should I do with the packaging?
Dry Ice Warning: do not touch with bare hands! Put on gloves to remove and place outside or just leave the box outside for the dry ice to melt and then just recycle what's left in the box.
Cardboard, paper insulation, and Seed Butter Berries boxes- Please recycle these boxes as you would with another paper product.
The pouches - Our pouches are plastic-free and can be composted. Note: they are not recyclable.
How do I store the Berries?
Berries can be stored at room temperature for up to three days. This makes them the perfect snack to take on-the-go. The Berries should be kept in the fridge if you plan on eating them soon, or can be kept in the freezer for long-term storage.
Why do some pouches have different amounts of berries?
Our Berries are made in small batches, making each one unique. The pouches are determined by weight, meaning one bigger Berry might weigh the same as two smaller Berries.
