Chocolate 5 Seed Butter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering a Beyond the Equator Chocolate 5 Seed Butter Giveaway, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Beyond the Equator” means Supreme Specialty Foods dba Beyond the Equator or any of its affiliates.

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have a public Instagram or Facebook profile with over 100 followers or friends and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry.

Giveaway Method. Beyond the Equator will giveaway one jar of Chocolate 5 Seed Butter (Products) to individuals who enter at the Giveaway point of entry (“BeyondNutella.com”). BeyondNutella.com will specify the giveaway and how to enter. Upon entry, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you by Beyond the Equator.

Limit one entry per person and household using only one Facebook or Instagram account. Giveaway will be fulfilled by the Beyond the Equator. Giveaways will be delivered by Beyond the Equator using the shipping address you select for the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be responsible for paying income taxes and any other expenses incurred.

Each giveaway will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You may not transfer, assign, or redeem the giveaway for cash. Beyond the Equator may substitute the giveaway with a giveaway of equal or greater value.

How to Enter. You may enter the Giveaway via the entry method described below.

1) Post on your public Instagram and/or Facebook profile a photo or video of you throwing away a jar of Nutella (also on your story) Include caption of what/why you are doing this. Tag our handles in it (IG: @btequator/FB: Beyond the Equator). Add hashtags #BeyondNutella #Nutella #FREEComplete form on BeyondNutella.com. EXAMPLES FOR CAPTIONS: 

• Nutella 👎 Beyond the Equator 👍
• Trading Nutella in for the good stuff: CHOCOLATE 5 SEED BUTTER from Beyond the Equator.
• How to eat Nutella: Throw it in the trash...and get a FREE jar of CHOCOLATE 5 SEED BUTTER from Beyond the Equator.

2) Include name, address, email, and link to social media post

If you don’t have a jar of Nutella, you can still participate and receive a free jar.

1) Purchase a jar of Chocolate 5 Seed Butter on BeyondtheEquator.com which will be refunded upon completion of the steps below.

2) Once you receive the jar, make a post on Instagram or Facebook of a photo or video of you enjoying your new jar, a creation you made with the Chocolate 5 Seed Butter, an unboxing video, etc. Tag our handles in it (IG: @btequator/FB: Beyond the Equator) so we can see! Add hashtags #BeyondNutella #Nutella #GoBeyond

3) Complete the form on BeyondNutella.com including name, address, email, and link to social media post.

Other Giveaways. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any giveaways awarded in any other Giveaways.

Additional Terms. Beyond the Equator, together with Beyond the Equator, reserves the right to modify or cancel a Giveaway at any time. Beyond the Equator and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Giveaway materials. Beyond the Equator may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Giveaway; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized owner of the account used to enter a Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account.

Miscellaneous. Each Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering a Giveaway, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Beyond the Equator and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a giveaway or participation in the Giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

You agree that Beyond the Equator’s decisions related to each Giveaway and all distribution of giveaways are final. Each entrant agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Beyond the Equator and their respective affiliates may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, entrant subscribes to promotional emails from Beyond the Equator. Entrant can opt out of promotional emails at any time.
