Seed Butter Oat Bowl

Oatmeal might be one of the most forgotten and unloved foods today. Freshen up an old classic by adding some sweet fruit and a dollop of 5 Seed Butter. This bowl is delicious, healthy, and filling. Oats and fresh fruit have great fiber content to aid digestion, while seed butter adds healthy plant-based fats for energy and protein for strength!

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsp 5 Seed Butter
¼ cup fresh Blueberries
½ sliced Banana
¼ cup granola
1 cup cooked Oatmeal
1 tbsp Honey (optional)

 

Directions:

Cook oatmeal per instructions on oatmeal container.
Top oatmeal with 5 Seed Butter, blueberries, banana, and granola.
Drizzle honey on top (optional).
Enjoy!
