Triple Berry Chia Smoothie, Beyond the Equator

Triple Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Strawberries
1 handful of Spinach
1 1/2 Cup Water
Agave or Honey to sweeten

Directions: 
1. Add water and chia seeds to blender.  Stir and let sit for a few minutes until gelatinous.
2. Add banana, spinach, and sweetener and blend.
3. Add berries and blend until pureed. 
4. Enjoy!
