White Chia Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Chia Oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp swerve sweetener 
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 shallot - finely minced
1 clove garlic - minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions: 

1. Whisk all ingredients together for 30 seconds or until blended
