Triple C Truffles
1/4 Cup Chia Seed Oil
8 oz pitted Dates
1/4 Cup toasted Almonds
1/4 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes (more for rolling)
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until paste-like consistency.
2. Chill until easy to handle, then roll into marble sized balls.
3. Dredge in coconut flakes.
4. Keep covered at room temperature and serve!
