Spicy Chia Tostada

Ingredients: 

Tortilla of choice
1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Sriracha Chia Oil

Directions: 

1. Heat chia and coconut oil on stove at medium
2. Place tortilla in pan, let sit for 2-3 minutes.
3. Flip tortilla and make sure both sides are toasted to your liking.
4. Top with you favorite toppings! The picture is topped with: refried black beans, cilantro lime quinoa, chili roasted sweet potatoes, bell pepper medley, red onions, soft scrambe, spinach, seaside cheddar, and sliced avocado
