Creole Chia Oil Marinade

Creole Chia Oil Marinade


1/4 Cup Chia Seed Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 cloves minced Garlic
1 thinly sliced small yellow onion


1. Mix all ingredients in a re-sealable plastic bag.  Add 1 LB of fish or chicken and cover thoroughly in marinade.  Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Remove from marinade and grill as desired.
