Chia Poppyseed Dressing
1/2 Cup Greek Style Unsweetened Almond Yogurt
1/3 Cup Chia Seed Oil
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp chopped Sweet Onion
1 Tbsp Poppyseeds
1 tsp stone ground Mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1. Blend yogurt, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, onion, mustard, and salt.
2. Slowly stream in chia seed oil and poppyseeds until everything is combined.
3. Store in sealed container in refrigerator!
