Chia Oil Lemon Herb Marinade
1/4 Cup Chia Seed Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp fresh (chopped) or dried Basil
1/2 Tbsp fresh (chopped) or dried thyme
2 cloves minced Garlic
1. Mix all ingredients in a re-sealable plastic bag. Add 1 LB of fish or chicken and cover thoroughly in marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Remove from marinade and grill as desired.
