Chia-Chai Fat Balls

Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp Chia Seed Oil
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp 5 Seed Butter
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Cup Flax Seeds
1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Milk 
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Cardamom (seeds or ground)
Sea Salt to taste

Directions: 

1. Add all ingredients (except for extra 2 Tbsp of 5 Seed Butter) to a food processor and blend until dough forms.
2. Roll into balls and place into freezer-friendly container (make sure they are not touching).
3. Set in freezer for 2 hours.
4. Once they are set, you can pack them tight for storage in the freezer.
5. Thaw 5-10 minutes and consume with extra 5 Seed Butter!
