Beyond Granola

Ingredients: 

Dry:

3 Cups rolled Oats
1/2 Cup shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup sliced Almonds
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
Sea salt to taste

Wet:
1/4 Cup Chia Seed Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 ripe Banana
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (for sugarfree, replace with 1/2 ripe Banana)
2 Tbsp blackstrap Molasses

Directions: 

1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients
2. In a separate, microwave safe bowl, combine all wet ingredients and heat for 1 minute
3. Mix and make sure the banana is fully mashed up
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly (no dry oats left over)
5. Spread onto a baking sheet (might need two baking sheets)
6. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes
8. Enjoy!
