5 Spice Pumpkin Waffles

5 Spice Pumpkin Waffles:
1 Cup gluten free baking Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Pinch Ginger, ground Cardamom, ground Cloves
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp + one pinch sea Salt
1/2 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
3/4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
5 Seed Syrup:
1/4 Cup 5 Seed Butter
3/4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
5 Spice Pumpkin Waffles:
1. Heat waffle iron.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
3. In separate small bowl, whip egg whites and set aside.
4. Whisk egg yolks, milk, vanilla, pumpkin, and melted coconut oil.
5. Add wet mixture to dry and combine.
6. Slowly fold in egg whites.
7. Pour 1/3-1/2 Cup batter into waffle iron.+
8. Optional - add dairy-free chocolate chips, sliced fruit, coconut flakes, or Tbsp of Nutella for 5 Seed Butter / Nutella swirl!
5 Seed Syrup:
1. Heat and stir!
