Superfood Loaded Smoothie Bowl

Even if you are aware of the incredible health benefits Chia Seeds possess, you may still have some questions about the best ways to enjoy them. Below you will find one delicious recipe that will allow you to enjoy your Chia and a healthier lifestyle.

Chia crispbread crackers


   Ingredients: 

1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Raspberries - Frozen
1/2 Banana - Frozen
1 Tbsp Flax Meal
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
10 Blueberries
1/2 Tbsp Bee Pollen
1/2 Tbsp Black Chia Seeds



 





 

Directions:

1. Add coconut milk, banana, raspberries, and flax meal in that order into a blender.  Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer smoothie to bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut, blueberries, bee pollen, and chia seeds to serve.
