   Ingredients: 

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Oats
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Refined Wholegrain Spelt Flour
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
