Carl, along with his brother-in-law Robert, believed they had found the "Holy Grail" of soil and purchased multiple farms between the two countries. Over the next several years of working directly with the farmers of Bolivia and Peru, Carl and his team perfected the age-old agricultural practices of the region and began producing large quantities of various superfoods.
Painstakingly developed over more than a decade, Beyond the Equator launched in 2017 to share these incredible foods with the world. Today, our farmers bring you some of the world's finest superfoods directly from the rich, historic soils of Bolivian and Peruvian farms to you.
